The technology nowadays had been improving in a rapid pace in which it allows the enlargement of the networks in our society, contributing to a higher potential reach towards more individuals in different places. Using social networking as a network recruiting method is also useful in a way which it can reach out to a wider coverage compared to the traditional methods such as newspaper or the television. By being able to reach out to a larger market, the potential to obtain something useful increases as well. 

Newsletter is also one of the methods that can be use for network marketing recruitment. Monthly newsletters, which are informative and interesting allows the company to build a relationship with the subscribers, who are usually potential market that the company can reach out to. By building a relationship with the potential customers in a long period, consumers will eventually create an interest in the company, especially when the promotional method used by the company (in this case, the newsletter) is personalized. Personalization is important because it works as a ‘you’ factor in ensuring that the company cares for the consumer and also the staff that will eventually lead to the expression of interest by these individuals in the company’s business. Thus, using a personalized newsletter can also work as an effective method in network marketing recruiting due to the functionality of the newsletter in being able to be kept and referred again by the subscribers. Personalization is an important factor in network marketing recruiting. To be able to persuade the target audience, the company must first get into their hearts.
